I noticed lines on my screen and read through the advice on the community thread. I have reset my charge 3 and changed the clock face, but the problem has not been solved. Any other advice would be appreciated.

Hey! I’m having exactly the same problem! It started with just 1 line a few weeks ago and now I have multiple. I’ve also reset a few times and done the long rest!

I am also having problems with my charge 3 having a horizontal line across the screen. It was just one line but now today I've noticed two lines. I've also changed the clock screen, rebooted and fully charged it but the issue had not resolved.

I’ve got the same problem. I’ve tried the long reset to no avail....has anybody actually been able to resolve this problem???

I have since been in contact with fitbit and they have offered a complimentary replacement or 50 %off on another device but not the new devices (pitty). I really can't fault the service, no questions asked and only took a few minutes. Feom the sounds of it they would rather replace the devise than have the effort for it to be fixed. Its worth getting in touch.
