Charge 3 - has no screen and red/yellow light on constantly

After being on a chat with Fitbit, they determined that the Charge 3 is faulty. Of course it is over the warranty, so they said they would give me a discount on a new one. That is bull**ahem**. they make junk stuff. I would say go get something better. This is the second Fitbit I have had that crapped out after two years. 

Who can recommend a better product than Fitbit products?

My charge 3 is 1 1/2 yrs old. It won't hold a charge anymore as of two days ago. Customer service told me the same thing, out of warranty. But it was a real struggle because very poor connection and very hard to understand.

That is really crappy of Fitbit. I wont buy or reccomend any of there products.Jim
