Charge 3 has randomly change the clock format to 12hrs

My charge 3 has randomly changed the clock face and gone to 24 hr clock.

Please note that all depends on the clock face you select. Keep in mind that they have different designs. 

Try switching to one that actually shows the 12 hr format. I remember Double Stat and Charge 2 Retro shows the 24 hr format only. Would you mind switching to a different one?

Also, can you please verify that you have set the clock format to 12 hrs as desired? You can click here and check it. 

To change your clock to a 12 or 24 hour clock:

1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon.
2. Choose Settings > Personal Info.
3. Under Advanced Settings, find Clock Display Time and select whether you want the time shown in 12-hour or 24-hour clock units. 
4. Click Submit and sync your device.
