Hi

4 days ago my Charge 3 has stopped picking up heart rate and recording sleep.

I have cleaned the contact, charged fully, rebooted a couple of times plus tried turning heart rate on settings off then on again.

The light is red on the contact pad on back instead of green.

What else can I do to get it working again?
