Charge 3 has stopped tracking sleep stages

This week my charge 3 has stopped tracking sleep stages. I've checked advice in other posts and tried restarting, rebooting, disconnecting and setting up again as well as paying attention to position on my wrist at night.

I've had the device since November 2018 and other than times when I've had less than 3 hours sleep there has never been a problem.

Any advice or is it time to upgrade?
