Hi,
Charge 3 has suddenly gone blank. Tried all solutions given in the forum. Such as. Trying to turn it on by pressing the switch for 8 seconds, connecting it to the adapter and turning the power on....nothing is working.
It only vibrates whenever the switch is pressed.
Pl help...

Hi,
Thanks for your timely advise. However, the troubleshooting could not resolve the issue. The device was pluggedin, the button was pressed and helf for 15 seconds, but the display did not turn on. The device was removed from the charger. The device was again plugged in and the poer button was pressed. This time the device vibrated only for 7 secs and didnt turn on. The device was unplugged but, it kept vibrating and stopped only when it was plugged in again. Throughtout this, the device neither turned on nor it synced with the app.
Please Help
