Charge 3 has vertical white lines across the display

Hi all,

 

My Fitbit Charge 3, purchased 9 months ago in March 2020 has developed white lines across the display.  I have seen other topics on this matter that suggest following this advice to reset the device (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm) but I have had no success.  Would anyone be able to assist?

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen isn't working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

Sorry to hear that you haven't received a reply from Support. Due to recent events affecting our operations, Support may need more than 7 business days to respond.  Still I verified that you do have a ticket created on their system so rest assured that you will get a reply from them.
