Charge 3 has white line across screen

I have rebooted, recharged, changed the clock face, updates firmware, and reviewed numerous postings but the white line across the screen (only visible when the screen turns on) won't go away.  Anyone have other suggestions?  Thanks

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen showing white lines and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assists you via email.
