I think there's an actual issue with my fitbit but thought I'd post in here to see if anyone else was experiencing a similar issue.
I bought my charge 3 just under two weeks ago. Last Friday, I noticed my screen looked faded and had white lines running through it. I have tried to reset it three times as generally suggested with no such luck.
I haven't damaged it in any way and I've continued to wear it in the shower as I wasn't concerned due to it being waterproof. The day the faded screen/lines appeared was when the battery was very low - but that's the only thing I can think of and surely a low battery should'nt lead to this?
Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated before I have to take it back. I've tried to add a picture to this thread but can't for some reason.
Many Thanks

Mine started with this problem 2 days ago. It’s 6 months old. I am thinking as another person who posted. Will the replacement also at some point arrive at the same configuration issue.

I certainly hope not, but the one I have now is a replacement for one that was having another issue. I have always loved the fitbits, but might have to rethink things if this continues. Screen looks awful.

I have already replaced mine once because of another issue. I had just bought it at Christmas too. Now the replacement is doing this. Not so sure about the Charge 3 anymore. Hope they find a solution.

I have the same issue with the Fitbit having few verticals faded lines was really upset about the problem, hasn’t gotten fixed yet but the screen screen works although barely didn’t expect it to break in a few months don’t know if I could get a replacement because I tried all the ways to fix like charging and pressing the power button although still didn’t work so need a replacement for it.

My Fitbit charge 3 has white streaks going down the middle of the screen as well. Got it in December as a Christmas gift. Tried restarting multiple times and the streaks are still there! Help

This problem is marked as solved, I have read through the entire thread and the only 'solution' appears to be having the Fitbit replaced, with no guarantee the problem will not arise in the replacement watch. My Fitbit was a gift from my daughter, she was very excited to be able to give me what for her was an extravagant gift, I do not want to tell her there are problems with it.
Is there a solution to the problem? I have tried restarting the watch more than once.
Like some of the others, the problem arose with mine when the battery was low. I have never worn the Fitbit in the shower.
