Did you mean:

Charge 3 has white lines, not counting stairs, steps and active minute correctly

I have looked at this forum and have tried the fix of plugging it in and holding 15 seconds, waiting for the 7 buzzes in total etc. Didn’t work. I have lines, the stair counter is off and now my steps and activity minutes are off (no way I did 312 active minutes yesterday!! Haha).
what now?

The following is just my personal experience as a user trying to help other users on these board. Please don't take any offense.

When I see a post saying everything is wrong, and listing several problems without details, I usually don't even try to answer it. I know I don't have a fix for everything, and a suggestion for 1 problem might leave the poster complaining that I didn't address the other problems.

And even for just one issue, I am much more likely to respond when details are given.  For instance, I am more likely to respond to someone saying 'I walked an hour on the treadmill but only got 100 steps', than to someone saying 'my step counter doesn't work'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for the feedback. However, I can provide no details as you have suggested. I don’t look at my Fitbit that much during the day. I do know I don’t do 72 flights of stairs in one day and I do know that I did not do 312 active minutes yesterday. I do know I shouldn’t have lines in my screen. That’s as much detail as I have.
Here’s my suggestion to you, because I think you really do want to assist people. Don‘t frame your question with a criticism of how people present their issue. If you had simply asked me for more detail, and followed it up with an example, that would have been helpful. Your criticism of how I worded my comment, was not.

@Moreoriginal It's nice to have you on board!

Sorry to hear about your issues with your tracker. @JohnnyRow is a Community Council and is voluntarily helping in the Community. I have seen him help countless of users in the last few years and I am sure he didn't want to antagonize you but did want to have more information to better understand this issue. I am sure he can speak for himself if he wants but I wanted to vouch for his already great record here and just let you know that he is really helpful when he has the information at hand.

Regarding your issue I noticed that you already have a ticket with our Support team so please work with them to find a solution.

Let me know how it goes.
