I've been reading about the issues with the latest firmware update for the Charge 3, which appear to be the same is the issues I am having - especially with the heart rate monitor.
It works at night to give me my sleep modes, but not during the day.
I have had my Charge 3 for 2 years (it is the 3rd FitBit I have had) and up until the latest firmware update have had no problems.
If this isn't resolved by the end of the year, I will be purchasing an Apple watch and leaving FitBit behind!
Offering a 35% off of a new device is equal to admitting that the firmware update has too many problems to fix for the Charge 3 and that you are giving up on it.
