Last week I noticed my Fitbit was black, it should have had charge as i charged it 2 days prior. I charged it. Then next day I noticed the sleep wasn't tracked properly on my Charge 3, then I noticed my heart rate wasn't reading accurately. It was reading around 140-180 when I was just standing in my kitchen making dinner. I tried turning the heart monitor off and on again, I tried resetting with the charger on until the smiley face appeared. No change in the heart rate monitor.
Then that afternoon I tried the charger and it was dead. Also the screen was flashing on and off for a few minutes. It appears there was something wrong maybe with battery before but now I can't even charge it. And how convenient that it is a year now that I've had the watch and the warranty will be expired!
Any thoughts on how to fix it or how to get a new charger?

Welcome to the Community, @LeaJJ.
Thanks for troubleshooting this heart rate issue. I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
Now about the battery, I recommend following the instructions provided in the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?.
Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂
