Charge 3 heart rate and steps tracking issues

I recently ran the update for my charge 3 and now nothing is working right. I'm not getting heart rate monitoring and ita not tracking my steps. I've tried the restart twice per instructions and still nothing. Help!

Hi @Knucr8tion, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it stopped tracking your heart rate and it's not tracking your steps. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone and email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
