Charge 3 heart rate details missing from app

Hi,

since several weeks my App doesn't show the heart rate details anymore. Measurement is active and I can see my actual heart rate, but when I want to look at the statistic it's not working.

Also sync doesn't work properly.

@NiWe72 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your missing heart rate data. What are you seeing on your account? Could you share a screenshot? Is the heart rate data the only thing missing from your account? You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

The restart should help with the heart rate data and when syncing you should be able to see this data on your account.

Hope to hear from you.
