Charge 3 heart rate, display, sleep and syncing issues

I have all day syncing; screen lines still there; not tracking sleep; Heart rate from last Monday, Tuesday, & Friday missing.

 

Was trying Premium, but I won't be signing up and paying for that because the message every day is "Not enough heart rate data available." I have rebooted; added device again to app; changed clock face; paired again;

 

Nothing seems to work with any consistency; and lines are not going away despite my changing clock face. App is Version 3.22.1
