Charge 3 heart rate feature is not working properly

Heart rate goes out and what appears is a broken heart with an arrow going thru it.

I have the same issue.  Can you share what the fix was?  I am constantly having to forget the device and re-add and re-setup.  Very annoying.

It was never fixed they wanted to give me a discount on a new one. If anybody remembers the problem started after one of their updates and never got it right.
