Heart rate goes out and what appears is a broken heart with an arrow going thru it.

I have the same issue.  Can you share what the fix was?  I am constantly having to forget the device and re-add and re-setup.  Very annoying.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and wast old that they assisted you via chat. In case the issue persists, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

It was never fixed they wanted to give me a discount on a new one. If anybody remembers the problem started after one of their updates and never got it right.
