Charge 3 heart rate information inaccurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge 3 heart rate monitor is no longer working properly during stationary bike rides. I ride hard in trying to keep my heart rate above 140. The Charge 3 worked fine for a long time but now sits in the 70's or 80's for most of my hour ride in spite of a strenuous ride registering heart rate above 140.

I've tried resetting the Charge 3, disconnecting the heart rate monitor on the bike, and moving the Charge 3 on my wrist none of which seems to make a difference. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have tried all of those and the issue persists.

I also called support.  They took me through some steeps that did not work.  I will call them back Monday.

I was looking to this post for possible support. My heart rate monitor did not record my sleep last night and is not working this morning. Any suggestions on how to get it going?

My only suggestion is to call support. I’m on my third call but it is clear they are trying to help.

Thanks @pjf53. I did try the reboot and didn't work. Super annoying. Ahhh,
technology!

I haven't heard anything in three days.  It is becoming less clear they are trying to help. I've become reliant on the functionality and may need to switch to a different product.
