Charge 3 heart rate information inaccurate

Inaccurate reading of heart rate as it’s doubling my heart rate. Reads 120bpm while resting and when palpated its 60bpm while resting. So far I have:

1. Adjusted the placement

2. Rest the device

3. Turned it off and on again

4. Cleaned the sensors

What is my next step? Should I have it replaced?

Welcome to the Forums, @Jenniferalice.

Thanks for troubleshooting this heart rate accuracy issue. I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.

Let me know how it goes. 🙂

Hello
Unfortunate the interventions didn’t not work and the heart rate is still higher (Double heart rate after palpating to check accuracy).

Another issue has happened as well; I now have white lines going across the screen. I restarted this and synced with my phone and they still appear on the screen.

What’s the next best step?
