Hi, I noticed that my peak HR minutes on an exercise don't sum to the daily peak minutes. For example after a morning run, the exercise has 15 peak and 20 cardio, but the daily has 10 peak and 25 cardio.
Usually the daily sum is lower, though sometimes it is higher. I assume it is a result of one rounding seconds and one not, but does anyone know why this occurs?
Using a Charge 3 with a Galaxy S20+. Thanks,

Welcome to the Community, @Hiudan.
I would like to know if you keep having problems with your heart rate information? If so, I recommend taking a look at the following help articles:

Hi Alejandra,
I have no issue with the HR itself. My question is about how Fitbit rounds peak minutes and why the exercise totals are different from the daily sum totals. On one day, after a morning run, the exercise has 15 peak and 20 cardio, but the daily has 10 peak and 25 cardio. I assume the HR calculation that the articles describe apply to both set of analytics.
My assumption is that the exercise minutes calculate and round within the 5 minute intervals and the daily sum rounds in total. In a simple example, if I ran 31 seconds apiece in two 5 minute intervals, the exercise would round each to 1 min and calculate 2 mins. However, the daily sum would calculated 1 min (62 seconds).
I just was curious which of the two displays is more accurate. If my assumption above is correct, the daily sum is more accurate.
Cheers,
