Charge 3 heart rate information inaccurate

For the past week now, my Charge 3 will state my heart rate is 115-120 when it’s actually 60-65. So this is skewing all heart rate activity. I’ve checked the heart rate against manual pulse as well as my blood pressure cuff. Not sure what to do. I’ve taken it off, cleaned sensors & it’s still happening.
