Charge 3 heart rate information inaccurate

Hello, I have the charge 3 now for 2 years.

The last 2 months my heart rate in rest has gone up from around 61 on average to 67 on average. Nothing changed, I am not ill, I exercise the same as always (more than 12000 steps a day), I sleep good. And If I look at the graphs, the lowest heart rate is still the same as before.

Question: has the algoritm changed to calculate the heart rate in rest? Or has my heart rate in rest come up with more then 10%. And if the 10% is correct, fo I need to see a docter?

Welcome to the Community, @Willem01.

If you are having problems with your heart rate information, I recommend taking a look at the help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? and follow the tips provided there.

Let me know the outcome.
