Hello,

First, im not english so if my words are not correct, excuse me.

I have a Charge 3 since more than 1 year, and my watch always work until now. I have an iPhone 11, this is my sync device. I bought the premium license 1 month ago : I am in trial mode now. And I have the following problem : my sleep phases are just

not showing my sleep quality in details. Just showing a  few elements like when I move and when I sleep. Many people have the same problem, but I try every solution and it still don’t work. It work 2 times since 1 month, and these two times I just reinstall the Fitbit app. I think my heart rate don’t work because the heart rate increase like never when I begun to have this problem. So I decided to find my heart rate on my own and I found 50 when my watch was showing 105. Sometimes it works, sometimes it don’t working, but now I have 30 actives minutes when I don’t leave my seat.
A few things I already try to do :

-loosen my wrist

-thight my wrist

-restart my watch

-that’s it

I need you help !

Thanks !

Hi, @Jebzhksvd welcome to the community, your English is fine. As you have a Charge 3 (this is the Charge 4 board) I'm going to move your post to the Charge 3 board where I'm confident community members with charge 3 experience will be happy to assist you.

Cheers

@Jebzhksvd Welcome to the Community.

Let me help you with this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Regarding Sleep stages, the system does need heart rate data to show them. About the heart rate I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

Let me know how it goes.
