I purchased my Charge 3 in December 2019 and since then have been unable to track my heart rate during a run. I therefore need to use another exercise app to do this which given the cost of the Fitbit, is very unsatisfying. Having looked through other posts, this does appear to be an ongoing issue. Is there any progress in resolving this?
