My Fitbit is 7 months old and the heart rate monitor no longer works and I have no lights on the back, I have tried everything they said to do but nothing has work. I would like to get it replaced with another one because I really do like it but I no longer can find the receipt. Is there anything I can do?

Thanks for troubleshooting this heart rate issue. If your tracker isn't showing this information, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.

My Charge 3 has been working fine. All of a sudden today it started cycling through all the screens non stop. I have reset my device three times. The cycling stopped but now I am not getting a heart rate reading. Please advise.
