I've had my charge 3 for almost 2 years with zero issues. Have had the same band on it for the last year or so. I have changed nothing regarding bands or wrist placement. And all.of a sudden I found sleep stopped tracking over a week ago. I've spent the last few days browsing forums and trying restarts, thought it may have to do with me needing the upgrade so I tried that. Turned heart rate monitor on and off and reset my device multiple times. Best I can get is a heart rate reading for a few seconds then it goes blank. Last night was the first time it tracked my sleep, but it only registered for 2hrs and 30 mins, but I was asleep all night. My warranty is definitely expired. But everything else is working fine. Anyone have any other suggestions?? Please 🙂

Let me help you with Charge 3's heart rate sensor not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you. Even if your tracker is outside the warranty period Support can see what options they may have for you.
