Charge 3 heart rate monitor not working

Hi, my Charge 3 has just stopped monitoring my heart rate. I have read the previous posts and followed all advice about checking settings, tightening and loosening strap, and restarting the device (I have done this three times). Unfortunately there’s still a red light on the sensor where the green light should be. Is there any further advice for this please? I have only had this product since February this year. Thanks

Make sure your device is positioned correctly on your wrist: Tighten the band just enough so it doesn't slip on your wrist. Your device needs a solid contact with your arm to reliably track your heart rate. Heart-rate tracking may not work with certain accessory bands, especially if they're loose fitting.
