Charge 3 heart rate monitor not working

Charge 3 heart rate monitor on fitbit is dark.  No heart rate uploaded to iPhone, which tells me it is not working. It has been sporadic for a few months, but now, nothing. Is it just time for a new model?  I’ve had this one since December, 2018.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and recommend following our troubleshooting tips including a restart in What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
