Charge 3 heart rate not working

Hi 

my heart rate has stopped working, I have rebooted my device and still not working my heart rate is on can you help

I have a charge 3 and have done and read all that stuff it did come back on in the middle of the night but at this moment has gone back off

I appreciate that you mentioned you have a Charge 3. Thanks for confirming the troubleshooting tried. 

I would like to create a case on your behalf with our Support team, please confirm you're still experiencing difficulties with your heart rate.

Thanks Sylvia would appreciate that I’ve only had the watch for not quite 18 months and it doesn’t work it now has white lines on the face I’ve actually bought a new one but if this stops working after 18 months then I won’t be buying another one they should last longer than that
