Charge 3 heart rate sensor and battery issues

Hello. My LED light on my Charge 3 hasn’t worked for 2 days. I’ve rebooted it twice in 2 different ways but still nothing. Also the battery life is shockingly low, I now have to charge it every day! It’s only 1 year and 3 months old. Can anyone help please? Thank you very much
