Hello.
This morning, the LED lights were no longer working. Of course, heart rate is no longer being monitored. I have restarted my Fitbit multiple times but the lights are not turning on. I have charged my Fitbit twice and both times I have lost the charge within 30 minutes.
After the second time I charged, my Charge 3 was hot; almost burning hot. Therefore I have stopped charging it and will let the battery run out. It is definitely now a fire hazard. I don't believe I'm within the 1 year warranty period.
All I want to know now is what has happened with it that it has become unusable within 12 hours.
