My Charge 3 no longer records my heart rate and there is no light from the sensor on the device. I’ve tried resetting the device multiple ways and reconnecting the device to my phone but nothing works. I’ve contacted customer service and received a reply, to which I replied, but nothing has been done still. I’ve only had the device for a year so it’s concerning it’s already failed

Thanks for troubleshooting this heart rare sensor issue. Since you already opened a case with support, I recommend keeping in touch with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide you a solution.
