The heart rate sensor of my Charge 3 seems to have increased the frequency of the readings and shows a peak heartbeat even in bland movement situations. As a result, Charge 3 marks a disproportionate amount of active minutes and calories consumed, the quality of sleep is not detected, and charge 3 is discharged very quickly: the device is completely useless. I tried to reset the device several times, had it fully decharged and charged, making further resets, but nothing changed.
The day before the start of the malfunction, the device had started vibrating repeatedly, for no apparent reason, being decharged very quickly. How can I solve the problem? I looked for answers in the forum without finding any.
