Charge 3 heart rate too high

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge 3 has been working fine, then on Wednesday it suddenly started waaaaaay over estimating my heartrate and activity levels. It currently says I'm at 140 bpm (manual checking myself I'm counting about 55) and thinks I've had over 6 hours worth of active minutes (I've been sitting at my desk). I've tried tried resetting it a couple times, let the battery drain and then recharge, and the band tightness is no different than it was on Tuesday when it was working fine.

Any other suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem?
