I've been using the Fitbit Charge 3 for about two weeks now. Today I tried the pool. After 3 kilometers of swimming, getting out of pool, I found that his swimming exercise had not detected heart attacks all that time.
Even my Fitbit Charge 3 close the exercise by themselves 10 minutes before I was out of the pool. It's just the same for Wife who uses the same Fitbit Charge 3 and swims with me. By the time we swam and put on a swim exercise, heart beats were very rarely identified, or not at all.
Looks like he's not really works into the pool 😞

Welcome to the Community, @ViestursG.
If you swim with your Charge 3, you will be able to track lengths, time, distance, and pace during your swims. Note that heart-rate tracking is disabled during your swim workout.
For more information, check the article: How do I track my swims with my Fitbit device?.
Let me know if you need anything else. 🙂

Thanks for the reply.
This explains why there was no information on heart rate at that time.
But my second question ... Why exactly the swim exercise itself had stopped shortly before I got out of the pool. I didn't have to manually stop it myself, because shortly before the swim was finished, the device itself stopped swim exercise.
While swimming and periodically looking at the device, the progress of swimming was visible. But shortly before getting off, when I looked at it, there was shown the default screen with a clock, as if I had stopped the task on my device. But I didn't.
