Charge 3 home button not working and not connecting

Hi,

My home button is not working. This fitbit is a replacement from my old fitbit, and after a year its broken again.

I followed the steps from cleaning to connecting it to the charger and clicking the button but nothing works.

Now, I removed it from my app and try to reconnect again, and now I get an error after typing the pin to pair.

"The operaion couldn't be completed (Airlink.AirlinkRequestError error 0.)"


Please help.
