Hello,
My screen got few dark lines in the middle of the screen.
I've restarted few times - no change; checked other posts and looks posting here is easiest way to get contact with support.

Same issue here. Lines across screen appeared out of nowhere. Have tried changing clock screen, restarting and long restart . Still no change.

Oh, today I see many more lines dead + on top of that the pulse meter stopped to work. The step count seems to be ok, but hourly activities are wrong - it don't count hours when I did have enough steps.
In short, my fitbit charge 3 went from completely working to almost dead in about 24h.

Mine was doing that but now it's just black...fully charged though 😕
