Hi
I've seen lots of people with this error. I have black lines across the screen and have restarted it several times including when connected to the charger. I have also changed the clock faces to various other fitbit faces and still have the issue.
I could live with it but annoyingly it is cutting across some of the data items on certain faces making those clock faces useless.
Please let me know next steps.
