This is my second time getting a horizontal line on my charger 3 Fitbit. It’s not been a whole year yet. I tried everything that was suggested my didn’t work. What shall I do?

I'm having the same issue with horizontal lines across the screen of my charge 3 - it almost looks like lines of pixels have gone out.

I've tried restarting and long restarting and changing the clockface but nothing works and it's getting difficult at times to read the screen.

Hi,

I have the same problem, with a black horizontal line on the sceeen. The problem starter today, I have restarted and cleared Fitbit from data but that does not help.

This happened to my first Fitbit Charge 3, 5 months after I got it.  Fitbit replaced it for me and that one started the horizontal line/pixelating in February 2020.  I believe there is a design flaw somewhere.  Also, a month after I got a new phone, it stopped syncing with my phone.  I really like this Fitbit’s color and size and it does what I want/need, but, only for about 5 months at a time!  I might have to look into an Apple Watch.
