Charge 3: horizontal white line after update

After updating my charge 3 today, a single white line appeared on the bottom half of the screen. Seems like the forum is flooded with similar issues, but no successful solutions. How can I get support to get my screen back to normal? (I already tried the 8 second restart, the 15 second restart, resetting all my data, etc with no luck).

Small correction, the white line is horizontal.and not vertical as previously stated.
