My charge 3 (just over a year old) has given up. It started with a single line of dead pixels across the screen. This slowly got worse. I’ve reset and changed the clock as others have but this didn’t do anything.
now the screen is completely black. Resets do nothing. If I hold or press the button the unit just vibrates heavily as if the alarm is going off. Doesn’t event reset now.
Very disappointed, I’ve had 3 fitbits over my time as using them as a tracker, but the build quality is just awful. Seems like they’re designed to break
