Charge 3 horizontal white lines on the screen

Hi,

 

I purchased Fitbit 3 on March 2019.  

Today white lines come up on the screen. 

I restart Fitbit and changed the faces of the screen, the lines are still displayed.

 

I need help.

I am having the same issue. I have my fitbit Charge 3 since February 2019. It appears this is a common issue for a few purchasers. I am not happy. Either get the issue resolved or authorize the return of the defective watch. Thank you.
