Charge 3 hot in the charger and won't turn on

Charge 3 screen blank and very hot in charger. Won’t turn on. Had the same happen with a Versa last year.  Also my husbands Versa- the watch module fell out of case. Are these good products?
having some bad luck with them.

My Charge 3 has done same. Went off despite having medium battery and won't turn on.  Thought I'd charge it and its really hot! Did you get any joy with yours?
