Same issue. Was working and today it’s not. My Charge 3 shows 5 hours of activity/steps per hour. When syncing to my iPhone 7 Plus app, only the most recent hour indicates activity, therefore only 1 hour not 5! That is wrong. I’ve written about this multiple times and you’ve never fixed it nor responded. I’m finished with Fitbit and will never recommend it to anyone.
