I would recommend checking if there is any silent alarm set for that time. For instructions on how to turn off a silent alarm, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I delete or turn off alarms on my Fitbit device?" and follow the instructions.
If you don't find any alarm, please restart your Fitbit Charge 3 by following these steps.

I followed the instructions, but on my device (Charge 3) all I can do is to change the time, there is no option to turn off or delete. I have tried swiping up, down and sideways, and clicking, but it always goes to the time change part.
