Charge 3 inaccurate distance

I haven't worn my fitbit charge 3 in a few months.  It's charged, syncing to my phone but when I used it the distance was off by a mile less than what I walked.

Your device uses the number of steps and stride length to calculate the distance. You can improve the accuracy by measuring and logging your stride length. Feel free to use these instructions to do this.
