Why is Fitbit accepting that is users have to... increase our stride length to an incorrect stride length, pretend our non-dominant hand is the dominant hand, log driving activity to make up for miscalculated steps, tell us not to go beside a fan etc, etc, etc, etc... I am at a complete loss as to how this all seems to be somehow acceptable to a company that is promoting itself as a leader in its field.
If I had known Fitbit was this bad I would have never allowed myself to be conned into buying this piece of rubbish, biggest problem is Fitbit users won’t tell you how bad it is until you buy one, I guess like me they are too embarrassed to admit they were conned into buying what I can only describe as a useless inaccuracy piece of junk... But the worst part for me is Fitbit accepting and promoting these "workarounds" while happily selling units knowing they don't work.

I will see you around. 🙂

Thanks but its ok .Fitbit Customer support have told me to "pretend I am a foot taller" to fix their problems and inabilities, Fitbit is defiantly a market leader and I am not a bit ashamed that I was scammed in spending my money .
