Charge 3 interval timers are backwards on device

I set up my Interval exercise workout the way I want it in the app. Specifically, 12 sec rest, 1 min 5 sec move, repeating 36 times.

For a good few months everything worked great. At some point in the past few weeks, now, the two timer statuses are swapped on my Charge 3 display; 'rest' timer is long, and 'move' timer is short. The apps' timers are correct in device settings. It's not all that big a deal, I can keep my workout cadence straight by the vibes.

I've tried removing the app, reinstalling app, removed device from app, removed and replaced 'interval'... Nothing has worked

Welcome to the Forums, @LacoJeff. Thanks for troubleshooting this interval issue. Can you please provide me with a photo of this?.

I hope to hear from you soon. 🙂

Umm, I don't really see how a photo of this problem would be helpful (and, setting up a camera to pic my app and Charge 3 being backwards isn't work I wanna do)

After posting this problem, I realized a simple workaround - - I swapped the Rest & Move lengths of time in the app. Now, my Charge 3 displays the correct cadence (my app's settings are backwards, but meh)

I have the same issue. Screenshot shows the problem. The set up is 50 sec move and 10 sec rest but in the report it shows the 10 secs as move and only shows the calories for that. Also 15 reps is recorded as 30 as it classes a rest as a move - on my Charge 2 it just counted the move and rest as 1. The report is new feature which will be great when it works. I’m using a charge 4 with an iPhone.

Hi Jjjmm, sorry to hear you're also having my same problem with your 'Rest'
and 'Move' timers being backwards.

Mine currently are backwards, but I really only use the Rest and Move
timers for the timing - vibing my wrist for cycle starts/stops. So, I was
able to resolve the "Move" and "Rest" backwardness by inputting the time
lengths backwards within my Fitbit app, they now cadence correctly on my
Charge device.

Although, your calories tracking being messed up shines light on a bigger
problem than what I use the interval workout for (I happen to not care
about the calorie counts being incorrect).

I really hope fitbit takes a longer look at this problem since I'm
apparently not alone.

I'm using a Charge 3, and fitbit app on Android.
