A couple of days ago, my charge 3 just stopped working. It is now a blank screen, no green light in the back and no vibration even when holding the button. I have checked to make sure the connectors are clean and that it is seated correctly in the charger and still nothing. My phone can no longer detect the device. It is just plain dead. Please help!!

I am having the same problem. I have tried to charge it and it won’t recognize though it is fully seated in the charger.
