All of a sudden the Fitbit keeps vibrating then the screen keeps switching between click face and the notification screen. Had to take it off. The charge is at 42% so it’s not battery life.

same issue
Tried reset, continues vibration (on hand, off hand, connected to charger, or not on charger). Reset multiple times with smiley face.
Even tried to change face through app. Face changes but watch continues vibration and non response to touch nor button.
I got my watch around November 2017, I have the original box and charger. What are my options?

Having a similar issue, the screen just keeps turning on constantly, occasionally it will act like the button is being pressed with vibrations (and even turn on/off notifications and screen wake by itself), the heart rate reading sometimes goes really far out and I've got several dead lines on the screen. Is a replacement the only option? While I've had it for over a year, I hardly feel like I've got enough use out of it, especially as I've always taken good care of it

Tried all the solutions and then change clock faces as a last resort… It worked! No more constant vibration and erratic heart rates… Give it a try guys.

I had this happen to me yesterday on my 3rd Charge 3 which lasted 4 months; the prior 2 only lasted 3 months before they were warranty replaced. I tried the hard restart twice and only got 1 brief vibration on the first attempt. So in 10 months I’ve had 3 fail.

I bought charge 3 12-11-18. I had to have it replaced the summer of 2019. Now it is doing this. I called in and we did trouble shooting. They said it was out of warranty so the best they could do was offer me a discount. But the discount was the same as the sale price on the fitbit website so basically there was nothing they can do. I'M DONE with FitBit. They can suck my d***! I told them there are products similar to theirs on Amazon for under $30. They didn't care. I even talked to a supervisor. Maybe my stress level will go down if I'm not checking my sleep pattern and steps daily:)

My device is about a year old and having the same issue. I went through all the steps about five or six times with no luck. Starting a work step challenge on Monday so this is terrible timing!

I have tried everything short of wiping the dang thing and starting fresh. I’ve done the restart, I tried the hard restart and it’s not working. Help

I would say contact customer support as they should help you as long as you are still in warranty. If you're not I would just throw it away and start again with a different make of fitness tracker as I thought they would've recalled them as so many are going wrong but NO they just launch the Charge 4 ridiculous.
Good Luck!!

This does not work, if 97 people report that they have the same issue on a post, you know that is only a small sampling of the number of people having the issue, since not everyone may see the post. It is quite obvious that the devices are faulty and need to be replaced regardless of warrenty. It is very obvious that the issue is a faulty product that should be recalled due to manufacturer error!
