All of a sudden the Fitbit keeps vibrating then the screen keeps switching between click face and the notification screen. Had to take it off. The charge is at 42% so it’s not battery life.

That's exactly what happened to me. My original lasted 9 months before it went crazy so it was covered by warranty and I was sent a new Charge 3. After 8 months the replacement went crazy and I was told sorry but the warranty only applies to original purchase date. Obviously Google/Fitbit doesn't stand behind their products. The one year warranty should also apply to the replacement product.
Then to add insult to injury they sent me a link to a page where I could buy discounted items and Charge 3 and other problematic or slow sellers were listed but not the new Charge 4. Why would I want to pay for another Charge 3 when the last two lasted no more than 9 months.

Hello, Mine is doing the exact same, I have 100% battery, but it keeps vibrating and showing screen mode and notificaitons. I have tried all the suggestions that are listed below, got the smiley face 3x, but nothing has worked. Now the screen has lots of lines through it where it did not have them before. What can I do?!

I’m having the same issue. How do I file a claim. I have followed the suggestions provided by the monitors and had luck with process, that was last week and now have same issue again. I have repeated the restart. Not working this time. Help!

Yep, just started doing the exact same thing mentioned here, vibrating randomly and going to the notifications screen. This charge 3 is only a couple months out of warranty, and all they offer is a lousy 25% off. No thanks, not buying more overpriced garbage.

Update #2. A couple weeks after my FBC3 started the constant vibrating and notification, I no longer can revive it. I was able to restart it and synch the data but with shorter and shorter intervals between charging until no longer can recharge or restart. Seems to me maybe the constant vibrating issue is related to a rapidly dying battery??
This is my 3rd FB tracker and I recently got my World badge. Not sure how long to expect my tracker to last but mine hasn't been submerged in water. So not sure about the reliability of the FBC3. I do like the Fitbit App and the data it gets and shows from the FB tracker. So another FB tracker or what. In the meantime I have a cheap backup tracker to use but it's not a FB.

I have done everything recommended and nothing. The face has been black for 3 days. It is fully charged, I can see my data on the app, it will not respond to anything. HELP!!

That happened to me once - display black but still able to synch data. I got my display back by changing the clock face. That was long before I had the constant vibrating and notification problem.

Hi there! I bought a Charge 3 for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, last couple of days were not so good for the clock. Some lines appeared on the screen. I checked the fitbit help community and tried all the advices that were given for this problem. Today it also started to make strange vibrations and to change the faces of the clock without touching it. I would like to send you a movie to see what I'm talking about but I can't upload it here. Please help with an advice! Thank you!

Thanks gor the advice! I read that if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and you purchased your Fitbit product in the EEA, the warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase. I don't know if it applies for my product

Hi, my Fitbit started vibrating suddenly without stop with a red color light always on the back. I tried restarting it and I have a green yellow light now with a black screen only. It’s not abattery problem as it was 38% once it start getting crazy.
